Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I will most likely not be teaching in person yoga classes for the forseeable future. If you are interested in virtual practices or classes via Zoom, please get in touch.
The philosophy that supports my practice, as well as my teaching, is one that serves and enhances the beauty that is inherent in each of us. It is my intention to offer the gift of yoga in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.
Yoga is for every body whether you are 8 months or 80 years, tall or of typical or diminutive height, thin or more amply built. Whatever your race, your gender identity, or your religious beliefs, yoga has extended an open invitation to all and I do the same. You are welcome.
"She is the most thoughtful and caring teacher. She truly exemplifies the closing salutation of NAMASTE."

"Debi's teen yoga class helped my daughter navigate a difficult school year with more ease."
- Bess M.

"My 3 year old daughter just led the whole family through a yoga class in the kitchen!"
- Sarah M.
(former baby & tot mom)
Yoga is connection: connection of muscles to bones; connection of awareness to breath; connection of mind, body and spirit; connection to your own heart; connection to community.
Some people believe that yoga is a religion. I am not one of those people. Whatever your beliefs, the practice of yoga can enhance all aspects of your life without conflict or interference. That's what I believe.
